A conversational AI agent replacing static forms. It answers custom business FAQs, qualifies prospects on auto-pilot (budget, need, timeline), and dynamically embeds a calendar scheduler to book calls the second they qualify—24/7.

Key Tech Achievements:

  • Multi-Tenant Isolation: Segmented leads and config settings by client ID.
  • Route-Gated Security: Edge middleware gates admin routes, paired with route-specific CORS rules on Flask backend.
  • Resilient DB Pooling: Built a custom Python database adapter with thread-safe connection pooling and automatic reconnect logic for Render.
  • Smart Qualify & Book: Integrates conversational AI with dynamic front-end scheduling.

A full-stack, multi-tenant SaaS application designed to help startups and product managers parse, cluster, and analyze customer feedback (app store ratings, support tickets, and NPS surveys) at scale.

Key Tech Achievements:

  • Hybrid Analysis Engine: Combines KMeans mathematical clustering with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash to reduce API costs by 80%.
  • Optimized Python Backend: Configured FastAPI backend to leverage Gemini API Embeddings instead of local PyTorch models, dropping RAM usage from 500MB to under 70MB (enabling free cloud hosting).
  • Next.js Analytics Dashboard: Features Recharts data visualizations, a copyable AI executive summary, and side-by-side historical batch comparisons.
  • PDF Report Compiler: Built a print-ready, on-the-fly PDF report compiler using ReportLab streamed directly from server memory.
